Awakening The True Self Within

An Individual's Path

Meredith Marie Miller was born on March 14, 1978. In numerology, this makes her life path a 33. In short, 33 represents the qualities of a spiritual leader who works through kindness and compassion toward the transformation of world consciousness, providing sustenance for the spiritually hungry, and bringing the seeds of change to the world. 33s are usually perceived as eccentric and odd, expressing the need for the freedom to be one's true self. They bring clues to future progress by helping to inspire the changes society needs. 33s are typically described as "a soul ahead of its time."

Meredith Marie began her journey as a healer nearly a decade ago through the gift of her own serious illness. She started with holistic nutrition and conscious, intuitive cooking. Later she became a practitioner of meditation, yoga, qigong and taiji, eventually developing her own kind of meditation in movement. During several years of searching for transformation, she learned that fear and pain could be a source of great wisdom and healing, and discovered that healing is the journey toward one's True Being (wholeness and integrity), and dis-ease is actually a disconnection from Spirit. Health is connection to Spirit, wholeness and living in one's integrity. Dis-ease is blocking oneself from the true nature of being. Healing is moving beyond the fear to discover who we really are and what our life purpose is.

After recovering her own health and developing spiritual awareness, she began to meet mentors from all over the world who trained her in their own particular healing methods--all of which have contributed to and shaped her vision of self-discovery and wellness. While working with the Q'ero Indians and the children of the Andes Mountains in Peru in 2007, she was able to bring all of her experience and training into an aligned vision of Inner Integration. She then returned home to carry out this mission.

Currently Meredith Marie resides in her hometown of Youngstown, Ohio. Her intent is to share healing wisdom, starting at home and spreading beyond, creating and connecting to the expanding wave of awareness on the planet.

A Planetary Vision
It is undeniable that in the last few decades a major shift is occurring on the planet. Scientists and spiritual leaders are all seeing the same trends. Simultaneously, there is a noticeable transformation of human consciousness as well. In the upcoming years, we will begin to see exponentially more of these changes. Eckhart Tolle refers to this time in history as A New Earth. Many ancient cultures point to Now as the pivotal time for a change... and that change is PEACE.

The concepts of the Indigo and Crystal children (aka the New Children or the Children of Now) have been part of the collective consciousness since the 80s when they were first noticed and named as such by those who have come before us. Numerous books, websites and other information have been circulating since then. Of course each source has slightly different information, and each person should use his or her discernment of truth to accept only that which resonates and works for them. These terms are just that, and they are not meant for labeling, however they provide the vocabulary with which to refer through language to the awakening human consciousness, beginning with the younger generations. These children (and adults) are here to remind us of who we really are. There is no difference between a child who was born "Indigo" or "Crystal" and someone who has reached that level of consciousness through intense inner work, except that the Indigos and Crystal kids were born already equipped. And while each individual has his or her unique path to fulfill, the greater purpose of the New Children is to raise the vibration of humanity and the planet.

Meredith Marie first heard these terms and their relationship to the evolving consciousness on the planet in 2005 and began to study it intensively, recognizing herself in the purpose of this movement. Since then she has been connecting with other Indigo and Crystal kids and adults all over the world, helping them to see who they are and what their mission is as well as helping the families of the young ones to truly communicate and understand what their children need in order to express the full potentiality of their being. Inner Integration and ii 4 kids focuses on working with those of any age who feel a connection to this awakening shift of consciousness on the planet.
