What is Inner Integration?
Inner Integration is about promoting self-discovery and self-empowerment, supporting the ability everyone has to heal themselves. This work is for those who feel a connection to the raising of consciousness on the planet.
How does it work?
Energy follows intent and attention. At a more subtle level, everything is energy, vibrations of light. The human body, as an energy field of measurable vibration, frequency and light is intertwined with all life through energetic grids of light and morphic fields. These vibrational frequencies can be cleared and rebalanced for optimum efficiency, simply with the power of intent and connection to Spirit.
Meredith Marie will help you identify and release deeply suppressed feelings and core cellular memories, clearing the vibrational blockages and negative feedback loops that limit your health, life purpose, prosperity and creative flow. By clearing these blockages, your energetic bodies will reharmonize at a vibrational level. This process is designed to help you discover and love your unique soul mission in life. Meredith Marie works directly with the Divine Light of Spirit (which some may refer to as God/Heavenly Father/Light/Source/Love), commanding wellness and freedom from blockages on all layers--body, heart, mind and spirit.
This work is intended to provide gentle, non-invasive yet powerful support to your entire being. As above, so below. We are multidimensional beings of Light, operating in all dimensions simultaneously, not just in the physical 3D reality. Meredith Marie works with your multidimensional holographic bodies where imbalances are stored from childhood traumas (whether physical, emotional, sexual... or from experiences with alcoholic or dysfunctional families), conditioned emotional and mental patterns, physical ailments, and "past" life influences (since time is not actually linear but rather holographic, these are more like simultaneous lives). Inner Integration is designed to support your self-healing and promote your increasing personal connection to the Divine and all life.
1. The client will express his or her particular concerns at this time and disclose any personal history that is relevant to these issues. Meredith Marie will share any intuitive messages that come to her regarding the client's concerns and anything else she picks up on that is presently affecting the client.
2. The client will create an intent for the healing work.
3. Meredith Marie will vibrationally connect through the Heavenly Father/Spirit/Source/Light to the client. She will scan for areas of dysfunction and blockage and she will share these findings with the client as she channels the Divine healing energy to these areas and commands wellness and balance.
4. The client may begin to experience messages on various levels such as physical sensations in the body, emotional releases, intuitive feelings or visions. Some people may not feel much at all and this is okay. Your awareness of the experience does not increase or diminish the effectiveness of this work. The energetic shifts will occur only as quickly as the client is ready for change, and it is not based on belief.
5. At the end of the session, the client may choose to share his or her experiences and feelings. This is entirely optional, but encouraged. The client may ask any questions he or she has at this time. Meredith Marie may mention additional guidance that she has received for the benefit of the client.

person or remotely (at long distance). Distance sessions are just as

Most of Inner Integration's clients live at a great distance. Distant sessions can be scheduled to meet your needs and are recommended to save everyone time and money spent in travel, unless you live within driving distance of the greater Youngstown area and prefer to see Meredith Marie in person.

Single Sessions or Ongoing Work
Healing is a process, releasing dysfunctional patterns, behavior, thoughts and beliefs to embrace a more expanded sense of self. You are free to choose based on what you feel works best for your particular circumstances. Some people require only one session to make the changes they want in life. Ongoing work can be a powerful way to support people who are committed to long-term personal and spiritual growth. Ongoing work can be used for health maintenance, balance, deeper work and quick relief and relaxation during a crisis.
Donations
All healing work is donation based (with the exception of massage/bodywork which is $45/hr and $65/1.5hr). Donations are accepted based on a client's means. It is entirely up to each client how much he or she will donate, and the amount of the donation does not affect the work or length of the session.
Inner Integration is done based on donations to uphold the traditional way that holistic healing has always been done in ancient cultures. In this way, everyone has access to this kind of healing work if they choose that it is right for them.
