Meredith Marie is an amazing worker. I had been struggling with the HPV virus for three years, and refusing to get invasive surgery that could possibly render me sterile.  I spoke to Marie about it. Later, I had a treatment with her before I had to go to the doctor and get more testing. I felt totally relaxed, comfortable, loved, and in the presence of amazing healing powers. After I received the results from the test (they, of course, were negative, the virus had disappeared!), I just smiled, eternally grateful and happy that she is here in service to help others, and motivate them towards a self-healing path of whole body health and enlightenment.

I went in to have Meredith Marie help me let go of neck tension from a car accident. I had already gone through a year of physical therapy, acupuncture and learned self-help massage and stretching. At the time the neck pain would come and go during the week. I arrived for my appointment excited but not knowing what to expect.  I lay face up in the healing room.  I closed my eyes as Marie gathered her energy and her thoughts.  Then she began to lay rocks and crystals all over my torso and hands.  She put her hands on my neck and began to lead me into a meditation back to the time of the accident. When I let her know I was seeing myself in that moment, she led me on to another part of my life before the accident; we progressed to a time when I was two or three. It turned out that my neck tension was related to and stemming from an experience almost 15 years prior to the onset of pain. The meditation was interactive, and it took courage and effort on my part; however, the results were conscious. After Marie helped me see the root cause, I consciously let go.  After letting go of the misunderstanding I had as a toddler, Marie filled me with new energies and a new understanding to take with me and I visually gave the toddler a hug and filled her with the healing. That one hour was like years of physical therapy on my neck, but even better is the deeper sense of happiness from understanding the thought process and emotional patterns behind the pain.

I can’t explain it, nor am I qualified to.  All I know is when Meredith Marie puts her hands on you, something happens. I have chronic problems with my neck and back.  She would put her hands on my neck and my shoulders would begin to “shake” and a few minutes later, I can feel the muscles in my neck relax.  My shoulders would begin to hang lower and the tension would leave my head.  I also have chronic respiratory ailments. If someone in my office got sick, it was only a matter of time until I got it.  Marie would tell me to drink tea that she gave me and put her hands on my chest… The next day the symptoms were gone.  Her herbal teas and nutrition principles also helped me transform my health.  I lost 25 pounds during the first six months I followed her “diet.”  I felt more energized and ready to take on the day.

I had been experiencing constant pain in both knee joints for over a year.  Many nights, I was awakened with severe pain and couldn’t fall asleep for the rest of the night. I was told I would need knee replacement surgery.

Meredith Marie treated me over the course of six months and most of the pain subsided.  However, X-rays showed that an old injury and arthritis had caused extensive damage and I made the decision to have arthroscopic knee surgery rather than knee replacement. The amazing thing is that in less than 12 hours after the surgery I was able to walk without crutches and was totally pain free. Both the surgeon and I were amazed at my quick recovery. I credit Meredith Marie’s treatments for the quick recovery from surgery and not needing physical therapy to regain full range of motion in both knees.  Today I can walk up stairs, walk long distances, and actually bend my knees to kneel without pain.

For as long as I can remember, I have suffered from anxiety and stress-related back pain.  My head would throb when I was overexerting myself at work and I could feel a knot forming in my upper, left shoulder almost on a daily basis.  At times, it would be so unbearable that I could do nothing else but wait for it to pass.  With time it would subside, but I knew that it would return again when I was faced with another stressful situation.  It had been my agony for so many years.  I had tried everything from muscle relaxers, to massage, to prayer, in hopes to remedy my symptoms and find relief.  I was intrigued by Meredith's words regarding her holistic approach to medicine and healing and decided to see what it was all about for myself.
 
Meredith Marie sat behind me and positioned her hands directly over the afflicted areas of my back, but she was not yet touching any part of my body.  My body had an immediate reaction to her presence.  My back began to tingle and I felt like my skin was being attracted to her hands.  It was not at all uncomfortable, just intriguing to see what would happen next.
 
Meredith told me that she could feel the energy blockage in my shoulder and that it felt like I lacked familial support in my past.  She also told me that she could sense a lot of anxiety in me.  Meredith advised me that in order to relieve the symptoms causing me pain now, I would have to let things go from my past.  She helped me realize that when I felt pain it was a symptom of greater things happening in my life both in the present and from the past.  With her help in those five minutes, she guided me to become more in tune with what was causing the agonizing pain in my shoulder for years.  This encounter with Meredith happened months ago and I have never felt the pain in my shoulder since.
 
It's still hard for me to believe or fathom, but Meredith has a gift that is rarely seen.  She has made me a believer in her teachings and I am forever grateful for the relief she has brought me from the pain I had suffered for so many years.

Meredith Marie helped me with two ongoing health issues in the spring and summer of 2006.  The first of which involved my so-called "back pain".  Ten years ago, I was diagnosed with three bulging discs and arthritis in my lower back. After physical therapy and pain medication, I "recovered" to the point of being able to perform usual daily activities.  However, it seemed that any time I did more strenuous physical work than usual or became overly tired, I revisited the pain. As Meredith worked on me, I began to feel very comfortable and peaceful.  During the session, my pain disappeared. While enjoying the pleasure of this very contented state, I realized that my "pain" was merely a memory of ten years ago. More importantly, I discovered that this pain surfaced whenever I thought about the physical distance between those I care about deeply and myself.  Later, I mentioned to Meredith that my ankles swell frequently, especially when I traveled by air.  It seemed that when people would remark about my swelling, I would respond, "My mother always had swelling, too."  Again, missing a loved one.  After she worked on me, I again had an awakening. I no longer have swelling.  Today, back pain and swelling are merely memories.
 
Then in August of 2007, commitments were piling up. I was sure that I was handling matters. I wasn't aware of how stressed I was. (AKA-complete denial!) Meredith casually offered a session.  Again, I experienced an amazing feeling of contentment. I could clearly see what my priorities are and how I will address each issue. Life has become as I desire to live it - enjoyable, simple and clear.
