What Is Vibration?Everything
is energy/vibration/light, and while each of us is a unique expression, we are all made
of the same stuff. We are the same consciousness having a different
experience. Human is what we are experiencing; it is not who we are. The human body, as a resonator--an energy field
of measurable vibration, frequency and light--is intertwined with all
life according to modern quantum physics. Your physical body is energy moving slowly, and your emotional, mental and spiritual bodies are moving at faster rates, making them invisible to the untrained eye. We see only what we are conditioned to see. Oppenheimer said, "Matter is nothing other than a state of information." Everything has
informational field activity. The reason we are not aware of some
things and we are aware of others is because we delete information that
is not immediately useful to us.

What Is Lightwork & Vibrational Harmonization?
The human body has several layers or fields of vibrating energy and light around it. Some call it the aura, the etheric body, the morphogenic field, or the luminous energy field. It is also referred to as the Lightbody. These subtle layers of energy and light give off colors, patterns and images that can be interpreted to understand a person's mental, emotional and physical health. Lightworkers and vibrational healers feel, hear and see these energetic frequencies around the body, finding the imbalances and bringing them back to greater balance. The flow of bioenergy and light is reestablished so that you can integrate and interact more optimally in your internal and external environments.
Energy follows intent and attention (where you put your power of thought). At a quantum level, everything is light, information, energy... and holding it together is a vibrational force. Vibration creates form. Lightwork and vibrational harmonization work at the level of the subatomic vibrational force, helping you to shift from a five-sensory system into your multidimensional human blueprint, stepping out of the role of the passive victim and into the self-responsibility and co-creation of who you are.

Tibetan Tingsha (cymbals) are used to clear the space and set the vibrations into a more harmonious pattern at the beginning of all healing sessions, whether in person or remote.
ThetaHealingTM
ThetaHealingTM was developed by Vianna Stibal to facilitate intuitive healing with focused prayer through the Creator. The intent is to create change on all levels of being: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual by entering a theta brain wave state, accessing the information present, and observing the Creator of All That Is do the actual healing work. A theta brain wave state is a very deep state of relaxation, in which the practitioner slows her brain waves down to a frequency of 4-7Hz (or cycles per second) and the client's brain waves are entrained into a theta state as well. Theta brain waves allow us access to the subconscious, the part of our awareness where we hold memories and feelings that guide our attitudes, beliefs and actions. more
DNA Activation
DNA Activation is taught as part of Vianna Stibal's ThetaHealingTM course. There are also many other approaches to DNA Activation, as it is an ancient technology. Modern studies in Epigenetics and quantum science show that DNA works as a superconductor, responding instantaneously to our thoughts, feelings, emotions and environment regardless of physical distance. Our DNA is constantly changing and we have the power to facilitate changes in our DNA with consciousness. Through quantum vibrational technology, we can choose to restructure our DNA in ways that are highly beneficial to our personal well-being and our spiritual evolution. DNA Activation is done through the DNA of the master cell in the pineal gland which commands all DNA of the body, mirroring changes much like a hologram. more
Chakra Balancing
Chakras are the main energy centers of the body. They become clogged and blocked through traumas experienced in life, belief systems that are held in place, toxic relationships, negative thought patterns, etc. Chakra balancing is part of the vibrational harmonization experience with Meredith Marie. As she does a remote body scan of your chakras, she will share with you certain patterns and thought forms held in each of the imbalanced chakras and lightwork will be done on those aspects that you are ready to heal. Each chakra has many layers of information stored inside, and these layers will be explored in depth through ongoing sessions. more

Matrix Energetics® is the science and art of transformation, created by Dr. Richard Bartlett. His focus is teaching consciousness for transformation and healing. Matrix Energetics® is about accessing another part of the spectrum of consciousness where we are able to facilitate change. The shift occurs by dropping down, placing intent and letting go into an altered state of awareness, allowing what is present to show up. more
Crystals & Stones
Crystals and stones have long been reputed to have healing properties. During in person sessions, Meredith Marie may place certain crystals and stones on your body or ask you to hold them. Not only do they have healing powers, but they are also transmitters of information. After a client holds a crystal and focuses on an aspect of his/her life, Meredith Marie can then touch the same crystal and receive messages regarding that aspect of the client's life. She may recommend that you look for certain stones to help your particular situation.
